Start with the verified construction area and explain whether the dimensions describe the playing surface or the full available site. List every intended sport, identify the priority use, and describe the base and drainage conditions. Add preferred colors, line colors, logo placement, access constraints, and any fixed site features shown on the drawing.
The rendering shows the proposed visual arrangement. The installation layout shows how the modular floor and markings are planned across the confirmed area. The quantity list records the product amount calculated from that layout. Buyers should review all three rather than approving the rendering alone. Changes to dimensions, product model, line plan, logo, or construction area may change the installation layout and quantity, so the final version should match the project information used for the quotation.
The design package does not certify the site or replace engineering. Local rules, governing body requirements, safety areas, drainage, base suitability, construction tolerances, and installation conditions remain part of the buyer's project review. After the buyer reviews the design outputs, the selected model, quantity, packing, destination, and customization move into the quotation process. Product stock and dispatch are reconfirmed at that point. In-stock products ship within three days after payment, subject to order confirmation. If the project changes after approval, the layout and quantity should be reviewed again before the order is finalized. This keeps the commercial record tied to the same dimensions and product assumptions used in the design. The confirmed version should be retained with the quotation so later production discussions refer to the same court plan.
